Grootendorst brings over 30 years of insurance and risk management expertise in Employee Benefits, Property Casualty Insurance and Risk Management.  She provides her clients focused, creative, skillful and intelligent solutions to their insurance and risk management needs. Engaged and proactive, she prides herself in becoming a valued member of the client’s human resources, risk management and finance teams.
