To determine the healthiest, Atlanta Business Chronicle partnered with Springbuk, a privately held technology firm that collects and measures corporate health data worldwide. The firm used an online assessment of more than 60 scored questions to measure wellness programming in six categories: leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programing and interventions, and reporting and analytics. The questions contained more than 600 data points that were then analyzed and became the Healthiest Employer Index.
