The SKAE Group, LLC Acquires 225,000SF Facility In A Sale/Leaseback With Verizon Wireless

ORANGEBURG, N.Y.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The SKAE Group, LLC (SKAE), a professional services firm, announced the acquisition of a facility on 2000 Corporate Drive Orangeburg, NY from Verizon Wireless in a sale-leaseback transaction. This is a 255,000 square foot facility comprised of data center and office space. The building sits on a 34-acre campus in an area that has recently become a hot bed of data center activity.

“This transaction was an important strategic move for SKAE,” said John M. McPartland, managing member of SKAE. “Adding this facility to our data center and real estate portfolio increases our footprint in the territory, allowing us to better service our clients.”
