DENVER February 13, 2018
Five Star Professional is pleased to announce Laura Seitz, RE/MAX Professionals, has been chosen as one of Denver’s Five Star Real Estate Agents for 2017.
Five Star Professional partnered with 5280 magazine to recognize a select group of Denver-area real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. Less than 4% of real estate agents in the area were selected. Laura Seitz is featured, along with other award winners, in a special section of the September issue.
“My goal in any transaction is to have 100 percent satisfaction with my clients so that they look to refer my company later. This award only encourages me to be better and do more since it is rewarded based on customer feedback and deals with industry leaders. It is one thing to win an award based on numbers. It is another to win an award because my clients felt happy with the service. The end goal is always satisfied clients. This award proves I am doing right by them. And that is a reward all in itself,” said Laura Seitz of Seitz Kal-Hagan Team of RE/MAX Professionals.
The Five Star Real Estate Agent award program is the largest and most widely published real estate agent award program in North America. Agents are measured using an objective, in-depth research methodology with significant focus on customer feedback and overall satisfaction.
“Five Star Professional’s research is extensive, with more than 10 million consumers, peers and other stakeholders contacted each year. We are relentless in our efforts to identify those professionals with the utmost standard of excellence,” Jonathan Wesser, Research Director, Five Star Professional.
“As one of the biggest transactions in a person’s life, we at the Seitz Kal-Hagan Team felt the desire to really help people in reaching a successful outcome. Whether that success is purchasing their first home, an investment property for the future, a downsizing for the retiree or a relocation, the art of the deal and getting someone to the end is a job that requires creativity, negotiation, empathy, listening skills and extreme care. It’s challenging and rewarding. In the end, it’s a profession that continues to reward us both personally and professionally. It’s like the old saying goes ‘find a job you love and you won’t have to work one day of your life.’ We have found that in this profession,” said Laura Seitz.
Now entering its 15th year, Five Star Professional conducts in-depth, market-specific research in more than 45 markets across the United States and Canada to identify premium service professionals.
Five Star Professional contacts thousands of recent homebuyers to identify award candidates. Phone, mail and online respondents rate their real estate agent on 10 satisfaction criteria. Candidates with a qualifying client satisfaction rating move on to be evaluated on objective criteria such as experience, production levels and disciplinary and complaint history.
