Keto Diet’s Massive Growth Gives Way to New Product Demands

A Fort Collins start-up bucks the Kickstarter trend.

FORT COLLINS, CO – 02-23-2018 (Press Release Jet) — The big question vibrating throughout the Keto community is where are all the pre made snack options!? Fat Fit Go (a Fort Collins, CO startup) is launching a product that’s aim is to fill the Keto snack gap. The company recently began promoting pre-orders and opportunities to pledge support without the use of third party providers like Kickstarter.

“The response has been incredible, the Keto and Paleo communities are incredible and I think we have something really big here.” said co-founder Rob Benson. The company began out of a concept for a recipe, not a product. “We began recipe development for a quick snack that had the right Keto macro count we needed. It had to be tasty and kid approved. As soon as we got it right, we realized this isn’t a simple recipe. Fat Fit Go is meant to be ready in your pocket, anytime.” said co-founder Kendra Benson, author of Paleo, Whole30 and Keto meal plans and recipes at Our Paleo Life

Fat Fit Go is a blend of plant based ingredients available in small pouches that fit in a pocket. The consistency is similar to a paste/butter which is meant to make it easy to eat anywhere. The biggest touted attributes by the company are the list of ingredients and the macro count. Macro count is important to people on a Ketogenic Diet. They were able to get 24 grams of fat and 2 net carbs in 1.15 ounce serving size.
